We love that you’re interested in Salt FW! To keep our space secure and ensure a great experience for our members, all visits are by appointment only. Please schedule a tour in advance, and our team will be happy to show you around.

Our shared spaces and memberships are available with either a designated term or a flexible month-to-month option. For month-to-month memberships, cancellations require a written notice at least 30 days in advance.

Yes! Members are welcome to invite friends, colleagues, or clients for business meetings in our conference rooms. If a guest intends to work alongside you beyond the meeting, they’ll need to sign up for their own membership.
Please be sure to book the conference room in advance and let the Salt FW team know when you’ll be hosting guests.

Guests are welcome at Salt FW when they’re here for legitimate business purposes, such as client meetings. These visits should be scheduled in advance and hosted by a member.
Hosting an event (such as a networking session, workshop, or social gathering) is different from a business meeting. Events usually involve larger groups, run longer, and may include activities beyond business purposes. Because of this, events require prior approval from Salt FW management to ensure security, safety, and proper use of space.
If you’re ever unsure whether your gathering counts as a meeting or an event, please check with the Salt FW team before scheduling.

A business meeting usually involves 1–5 external guests, lasts 1–2 hours, and is focused on work-related purposes such as client discussions, interviews, or partner check-ins. These meetings create minimal disruption to the office and do not require special approval beyond booking a conference room.
An event, on the other hand, typically includes a larger group of external guests, runs for a longer duration (often half a day or more), and serves a broader purpose such as networking, workshops, or training sessions. Because events may impact office space, noise, or resources, they require prior approval from Salt FW management.

Absolutely! All Salt FW members enjoy full access to our shared coworking areas, including the coffee lounge, open seating zones, and community spaces. Whether you need a quick break, a casual spot to work, or a place to connect with others, our shared spaces are here for you.

Need a change of scenery? Step into any of our shared areas or unwind in the coffee lounge and make yourself at home. You can also hop out onto our deck — it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the view, or have a snack.
Please remember: no smoking, always close and lock the door after use, and clean up after yourself so everyone can enjoy the space.

For Private Office members, you’re welcome to make your office truly yours! You can rearrange or even remove desks at no extra cost. While wall painting isn’t allowed, you’re encouraged to bring in décor, plants, or other touches that reflect your style.
For Coworking and Dedicated Desk members, desks and furniture must stay in place, but you can still make your area feel personal with desk accessories, organizers, and non-permanent décor.

Pull on in — we’ve got free on-site parking ready for you! It’s a first-come, first-park situation, so grab a spot while you can. If the lot fills up, no worries! There’s plenty of free street parking nearby. We also offer accessible parking to make your arrival smooth and stress-free. Park it, relax, and get ready to enjoy your time at SALT FW!

While the idea of camping out here might be tempting, we have to say no to sleepovers! Our business hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. However, SALT Members enjoy extended access from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. So, before your late-night grind turns into an unexpected overnight stay, be sure to check the clock and save the rest for tomorrow!
